FAQs
What conditions can chiropractic help with?
Chiropractic care is great for your typical aches, pains, and headaches. In our office, we specialize in pediatric and prenatal care. For pediatrics, we provide answers, hope, and healing for those struggling with health challenges such as autism, anxiety, asthma, allergies, ADHD, sensory processing, speech delays, motor delays, PANS/PANDAS, and seizures.
Is chiropractic care safe?
In most cases, yes! The doctors will perform a very thorough and in-depth physical examination to make sure we ensure all adjustments are performed specifically and precisely to your exact needs.
What should I expect during my initial visit?
This varies by case. We have a tab at the top of our website titled “Our Care Plan’ which explains the process step-by-step. This plan applies for adults, pediatrics, and prenatal.
How many treatments will I need?
This varies by case. After your thorough examination appointment, the doctors will analyze all the data and create a care plan specific to your/or your child’s health goals. When it comes to neurologically-focused chiropractic care, changing neurology takes repetition and time but allows for great clinical results. We are not a walk-in, walk-out chiropractic office.
Is chiropractic care covered by insurance?
We do not participate in health insurance. We are not treating any diagnosis or disease and therefore insurance does not provide coverage for our services.
What should I wear to my appointment?
For the initial appointment, we will perform neurological INSiGHT scans during your visit. We have gowns available for both adults and kids to be able to perform these scans accurately. For future adjustments, we recommend comfortable clothes.
What makes New Ridge Chiropractic & Wellness different from other chiropractic offices?
At New Ridge, we focus on the nervous system, the master controller of the body. We perform neurological INSiGHT scans to locate where there is nervous system stress and specify care exactly to each individual case. These scans allow us to know exactly what is going on and where. No guessing involved.
